In-venue table ordering

Merchants can use this platform for table-ordering inside their venue.

In-venue table ordering is easy to set up and can run alongside any existing system.

Customers can access the merchants bespoke profile by scanning a QR code and browse menus, order to the table and process payments.

Mobile ordering not only improves the customer experience in a venue, but eliminates unnecessary contact with staff and minimises cross contamination. Merchants also save time by allowing customers to self serve with ordering and payments helping to improve operational efficiency.

Merchants can manage their profile information, update menu items and create discounts - all through their online merchant dashboard.

Bespoke in-venue QR plaques

Yoello will provide the merchant with bespoke QR plaques to put on each table inside the venue. Each plaque features venue branding, the table number and scanning instructions for the customer.

Your platform will allow you create communal foodcourt spaces using our groups feature. Maximise your merchants revenues whilst incorporating social distancing in the city centre.

A ‘group’ is a collection of merchants within the platform assigned to a set of tables/chairs in an outside or open area. Each table has a QR plaque which customers can use to show the available merchants that they can order to the table from.

Customers can browse menus, order, pay and even tip all through their phone - minimising contact with staff and other customers and removing the need to handle cash, menus or receipts.

When you set up a group through your platform, Yoello provides all the technical assets for these groups to operate including marketing material and table QR plaques - also branded as your BID.
