Important Announcement Regarding Our Services

Dear account holder,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing on behalf of Yoello to inform you that we have decided to withdraw our mobile order and pay solutions from the hospitality market. This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the impact it may have on your business, but it has become unviable for us to continue to operate in this market.

As a result of this decision, we are terminating the Merchant Agreement between us and serving you with 30 days’ notice in accordance with Clause 10.2 of the Yoello Merchant Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”).

Termination of the Agreement will therefore take effect at midnight on 17 December 2023, which is 30 days from the date when you receive this notice. The clauses intended to continue to apply after termination as set out in the Merchant Agreement will continue to apply on and after termination. After the termination date, Yoello products will no longer be available.

If you have not used the Yoello application since 1 June we will deem the agreement to have been terminated with immediate effect unless you contact us within 5 working days of the date of this notification.

We hope that within this notice period, you are able to put in place an alternative solution or make the necessary adjustments for your business. To make this easier, we have put in place an arrangement with Peazi and Mr Yum, who also provide hospitality mobile Order & Pay solutions.

If neither of these are suitable for you then you can, of course, choose your own alternative provider. Whatever the case, to complete smooth onboarding to a new supplier we recommend that you find your alternative by 24 November at the latest.

During the notice period, we will continue to provide our usual customer service and will work with you to ensure a smooth transition. Our team will be available throughout this time to answer any questions and provide support as needed.
